Four string guitar-shaped instruments are either baritone ukuleles ('Rabbit' Muse) or tenor guitars (Eddi Lang, Carl Kress); eight stringers are mandolines or mandolinettos (Yank Rachell, Charly Mccoy and Johnny Young).
