All that's left is to fix the colors, but I'm having a hard time finding where everything is in the code and it turns out a lot of the things I need to change are .jpg files. Anyway it's progressing nicely and should be up soon, please let me know if you have any comments about the design so far.
Madelyn James is an unknown Memphis blues singer who only recorded two songs which is a shame, because she's really great. James has a very commanding voice and wonderful phrasing that turn this typical blues singer track into something special. She's backed on piano by Judson Brown a session player who played on any number of pre-war tracks including some really great Tampa Red numbers. James reminds me a lot like Ruth Ladson with her come-hither voice, but mixed with the aggressiveness of Sara Martin - really wonderful combination.
